Health Vacation at JNI - Day 8
We are getting more and more comfortable with our body, with
daily yoga’s we are becoming more flexible and are now able to do Yogasanas
with ease which were very difficult initially. Our stamina has increased and we
are able to walk more than 10 kms a day. We are happy that we decided to come
to JNI, it’s an investment on your life. Another two days left, today marks the
completion of 8th day. Our schedules are busy all day following up
with doctor, completing our treatments, physiotherapy, acupuncture and the rest
of the time is used for juices or breakfast or lunch or dinner. Everybody has
got so used to the timings that they are there on time as I mentioned earlier
as well no matter where they are and what treatment they are taking. We met many people here, some coming for the
first time like us whereas there are some who come here regularly. No matter
how many times people come here, there aim is better health. We saw some kids
as well (around 15-16 years) getting treated, it was sad, because at such young
age they have to join the treatment centers. Well, at least their parents are
concerned for their kids. It was a usual day again but today I had to skip most
of Yoga session as I was scheduled for 3rd Colon Hydrotherapy at 7.30
AM. Good that I was scheduled for this session as this time it was more
fruitful than last two times. Apart from this I had abdominal message and
abdominal pack. Everyone in our group is feeling good, even Mahesh who was down
is also feeling much better. While walking we decided to try the vibro
exerciser.
This burns about 160 calories in about 12 minutes. For me it was the
second and both times joined because they didn’t had enough number of people.
Anyways we should try everything possible here. Just two more days left and
hence want to enjoy and take maximum benefits of our stay.
