No Objection Certificate for Driving Licence

Why do I need NOC If you have moved from one city to another or your address on the current licence and address on your address proof is different, you need an NOC or No Objection Certificate from old RTO to renew your licence at the new RTO. How to Apply NOC The Central Government has made the process very simple and most of it is online. Of-course you still need to visit the old RTO physically, but the new process cuts down the time spent at RTO to a great extent. If you have completed the online process, you can finish the work physically in the RTO Within an hour or two max. Process to Get NOC Open  https://parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice9/stateSelection.do On the home page, select the State where you want to renew your license at (My old license was from Delhi, but I am currently staying at Bangalore and hence selected Karnataka as a state on the home page) Once the new home page is open, from the left panel/side menu click on the down arrow in front of “Apply
