Why do I need NOC If you have moved from one city to another or your address on the current licence and address on your address proof is different, you need an NOC or No Objection Certificate from old RTO to renew your licence at the new RTO. How to Apply NOC The Central Government has made the process very simple and most of it is online. Of-course you still need to visit the old RTO physically, but the new process cuts down the time spent at RTO to a great extent. If you have completed the online process, you can finish the work physically in the RTO Within an hour or two max.
